Orren Lily - aka Lance - is a Community Engagement Manager with XDC Foundation.
Lance started in crypto back in 2016 with a focus on utility based projects, mainly XRP, and quickly became hooked on learning more about the technology aspect of blockchain. In 2020 he began diving heavily into the XDC Network and became involved with its community.
Before working with XDC Foundation, he spent many years in sales and business development, and was even a content creator and writer for Texas HS Football.

Lance: “Be mindful of the future, but not at the expense of the moment.”

Lance: “Enjoy your family and kids. Learn patience and perspective. You will usually get out of life and relationships what you put into them yourself.”
- Michael Neuvirth: What keeps you up at night?
Lance: “Am I doing enough. Am I giving everything I do %100. Can I do more and what can I do better?”
