Hi Team Intercoin,

Lovely to meet this very interesting technology and community.

I am a developer who is taking on the “social dilemma” problem with two technology platforms very harmonious with Intercoin.

  1. Platform 1 is still early stage, accepted into the National Science Foundation. This is a platform for large scale online consensus building, a unique application of heuristics, dialectics, and game theory into a computer interface. Solves for things like trusted and verifiable consensus, fact checking, misinformation.

The algorithm is highly unique, applied to online conversations and disputes, it only allows one possible mathematical and psychological outcome, resolution, between ideological divides, without the requirement of a third party mediator, like an attorney, judge, or admin. A private demonstration is available. We are partnering with Georgetown University for the research grant.

  1. Platform 2 is further down the development pike, and it REMARKABLY similar to Intercoin, but in a different application (not competitive in anyway). Like intercoin, we’ve developed an entirely new financial marketplace and token economy that has all the benefits of stable micro-payments, trusted decentralization and more without the need or requirement for any type of blockchain. Intercoin is the only other technology that I am aware that addresses this outside of cryptography like we have.

This digital asset is a true attention financial asset. It allows the measurable value of attention on the internet to be stored, sold, or traded. This entire marketplace is managed by internet users, the public, and replaces third parties. It was developed with keen experience on media marketplaces, and we are a remarkably simple adoption plan, with much of our technology already funded and piloted.

We are also launching some sophisticated fund raising campaigns, one of which is designed to bring awareness AND funds to projects like ours and Intercoin.

So when the time is right, i would love to meet some of the team.

Cheers!

What’s up Rome,

Good to have you here;

Monetizing attention sounds a TAD dystopian. But actually as I think about it, its already happening. Have you considered different types of attention have different value/desirability? Clickbait grabs my attention, but so does a DM from a close friend.

Georgetown University has an absolutely stunning campus btw

Hi. My name is Michael Neuvirth. Choose username SmartK because I believe smart contracts (k is abbreviation for contract in legal world) are the future of NFTs.
Once the NFT bubble hits - the real value of NFTs will be their underlying smart contracts.

Now that I have been appointed the Australian Ambassador, I guess I should tell people here more about myself and why I am so interested in what InterCoin might be able to do:

Humans as a species face some existential crises over the coming decades because of large-scale environmental problems and out-of-control militarism - which are not unrelated problems of course . .

An old slogan of the Environmental Movement has always been: “Think globally but act locally.” - I think this is perfect for InterCoin too!

The quick summary of my background is:

  • My parents had me handing out “How to Vote” leaflets for the Australian Labor Party from the time that I could walk so I have been involved in progressive politics for a long time and I was actually an Alderman on the City of Sydney Council for four years in the 80s.

  • I was trained as a Biologist but spent five years doing BioMedical Research (into Haemophilia) before spending the next 35 years in IT - so I have been heavily involved in computing since the beginning of the PC era.

  • I worked for some years on a PhD doing population genetics computer simulations of threatened species but I never handed in the thesis because The World’s Sixth Mass Extinction made the work irrelevant.

  • For some years I have been following the development of Crypto and I can see that it could be very useful and beneficial for all the things that I am interested in.
